Clear limits
A product guide, not an account assistant.
- The helper can explain current public Tallyo features and workflows in everyday language.
- It cannot authenticate, inspect or change an account.
- It never connects to Supabase, Stripe, Resend or private business records.
- The AI assistant receives your current message, up to six recent exchanges and the reviewed public Tallyo knowledge catalogue. It has no account access or tools.
- When reviewed knowledge does not answer a question, it says so instead of guessing.
